copyrighted image?

there is a porn image I want to share with people on a website I wouldn't get any monetary profit. people would look at the image and like or dislike and maybe comment. the image has no watermark or anything I search for the image on google and could not even find the person that took the image.

If you did not take the image, then you do not own the copyrights to the image.  So using any image (pornographic or otherwise) could be a violation of U.S. copyright laws.  The fact that you were not able to find the owner of the copyright is totally irrelevant.  



Now, how the image is being used is critically important.  If you use the image without expressed written consent from the copyright owner within an editorial article or for some other news-worthy purposed, then your okay to do so.  This is where fare-use laws come into play.  It's when you use the image for other purposes is it a copyright violation.  The fact that the image may or may not be pornographic is, again, totally irrelevant.

Usually people are ok with sharing a image. don't take credit or sell it. unless it specifically said otherwise

Watermark is a simple method.

All digital images have a "Code" included in the image. The "code" says when and sometimes where and who originated the image.



Copyrights are to protect the owner from loss of profit, when another shares, OR profits from reproduction of the specific image, without buying a license to do so.
