As others have said "gsm" stands for Grammes per Square Metre, but it is a bit more complex than the thickness. Gloss papers are made with a coating of china clay applied during manufacture, which adds weight, then polished with steel rollers to give a fine finish, giving good reproduction of fine lines and pictures. The smooth finish helps to keep the dots that make up a printed picture separate and sharp, keeping the reproduction as accurate as possible.

The photo paper sold for inkjet printers has some extra tweaks, and really is the best stuff to use for that, despite the price-fixing ring that has kept its selling price up for years.

Typically, 260gsm would be for a cover of a booklet, with either 115 or 135gsm gloss used for the inners, or 100gsm bond inners for economy.

Covers may also be laminated or, depending on the printing process used, ultra-violet varnished (either overall or just on certain areas of the print) post-production, adding durability and/or aesthetic appearance.

grams per square meter. That is not only the weght but also the thickness of the paper. If you are intending to feed the paper into a printer then you had better check that your printer can take paper of this style and thickness.

I have just checked my own stock and it is 210 gsm. Your paper is heavier and thicker .Go to Print; click on Properties; check the menu for paper and click on glossy. Your printer manual will tell you whether or not your printer can take paper as thick as this.

The weight of a sheet of paper is important. Anything below 80 gsm is rather too thin for good printing.

The weight is arrived at by taking a sheet of paper which is one meter square and then weighing it.

The finish on gloss paper seems to be standard, although KODAK is good. Frankly, look at the price and see whether the paper is recommended for the type of printing that you intend to do

Best wishes.

Binary options let users trade in currency pairs and stocks for various predetermined time-periods, minimal of which is 30 seconds. Executing trades is straightforward. The system uses user-friendly interfaces, which even an 8 years old kid, can operate without having to read any instructions. But winning trades is Not easy.

Binary trading is advertised as the only genuine system that lets users earn preposterous amounts of money in ridiculously short period of time. Advertisers try to implicate as if you can make $350 every 60 seconds; if it was true then binary trading would truly be an astonishing business.

However, does it make any sense? Can every trader make tons of money in binary trading? Who is actually paying all the money or the profit to traders?

The first challenge is finding a trustworthy binary broker; secondly, you need to find a binary trading strategy, which you can use to make profits consistently. Without an effective trading strategy, there is no way you can make money in this business.

gsm = grams per square metre

typical A4 printing paper, for text, is 80 gsm

higher GSM paper would be thicker (for the same materials)

photo paper would obviously not be the same material as text printing paper

gsm is quoted, because the figure does not vary dependant on the sheet size, ie, A5, A4, or A3

Its the weight of the paper in Grams per Square Metre. Thickness is expressed as 'sheets' thickness or in 'microns.'

Penny stocks are loosely categorized companies with share prices of below $5 and with market caps of under $200 million. They are sometimes referred to as "the slot machines of the equity market" because of the money involved. There may be a good place for penny stocks in the portfolio of an experienced, advanced investor, however, if you follow this guide you will learn the most efficient strategies https://tr.im/fb19f

A common misconception is that you will have to be a financial and business expert in order to successfully trade binary options. However, this is not true at all. Learn here https://tr.im/lwwcp

Perhaps it’s true when it comes to traditional stocks trading but definitely not true in the case of binaries. You don’t have to be an expert to predict the movement of certain assets.

the best trading software http://tradingsolution.info

i have attended a lot of seminars, read counless books on forex trading and it all cost me thousands of dollars. the worst thing was i blew up my first account. after that i opened another account and the same thing happened again. i started to wonder why i couldn,t make any money in forex trading. at first i thought i knew everything about trading. finally i found that the main problem i have was i did not have the right mental in trading. as we know that psychology has great impact on our trading result. apart from psychology issue, there is another problem that we have to address. they are money management, market analysis, and entry/exit rules. to me money management is important in trading. i opened another account and start to trade profitably after i learnt from my past mistake. i don't trade emotionally anymore.

if you are serious about trading you need to address your weakness and try to fix it. no forex guru can make you Professional trader unless you want to learn from your mistake.
