how to scan medium format film with epson v600?

i cut the film so it fits and saying it is a black and white film which it sint please help

Use the "C" mount. and Set up on Scanner then Click Scan Button (it's green color) It will automatically open Epson Scan software that comes with V600 (install it if you haven't). Then click Professional scan mode, select Positive Film, and Film Scan mode. Click Preview and if that's correct, you can Scan now. Hope this helps.

then change the setting to transparent if your scanning trannies (slides/transparency)
