Poisonous bug bite? (Pictures)?

I got this bug bite around 4days ago and my foot randomly gets numb sometimes. It curves two different ways and drives me crazy when I walk. Does anyone know if this is poisonous or what you think it might be from? Picture below. Thanks in advance.
