I have a picture of just borders so that when I print it, the paper will be printed with the borders I made. Well, The image is to small, so when I print it it does'nt cover the edges like a border should. I have gimp so, how can I stretch the image to cover the whole paper?
Thank you!

Specify your print output before printing.

I don't have GIMP, but it should function basically like Photoshop. Look for a tool named something like Free Transform. You should have "live" borders on your photo which you can drag to fit your background. If you drag at one of the corners it will expand the photo without distortion. If you drag on either side or the top or bottom, it will distort the photo.

On your graphic application, under the Print command, see if there's an option for Best Fit or Stretch. If you don't have a suitable graphic program, try Irfanview. It's free.
