Can anyone suggest someplace to get a canvas where they'll break it up into 3 seperate sections. Im looking overall for a 36 wide x 24 high canvas, but I love the ones that are broke up into a bigger middle section and then slightly smaller on the sides. Any suggestions?

Mpix can do canvas on a strecher up to 20" x 30"

or a canvas "Gallery Wrap" up to 24" x 30".

They will print exactly what you send them. The only consideration is that you will love about 2" around the border on a gallery wrap, so you need to crop in such a way that the final result will be acceptable to you. They do show a preview before you submit the final order.

I've used their "Gallery Wrap" service and will use it again. It does not need framing. If you want a frame, go with the print on canvas. Here's one Gallery Wrap sample: http://www.flickr.com/photos/samfeinstein/1459000873/ I get asked almost daily, "Who did the painting?"

What do you want the picture of? I am a photographer and own a digital photo lab. I have taken many large photos and can print them that large on canvas. If I already have a picture like the one you want, maybe I can print it for you.

Work out the sizes of each element of canvas first. Then take your image and crop it according to the sizes you worked out. Then get them printed on canvas to the appropriate sizes and bingo, you have your tryptich on canvas.

You can make any size "triptych" (which is what a 3-part painting is called) you want by buying (or stretching, if you know how) three canvases of the sizes you want, and then hinging them together if you want them connected.

Edit: Sorry, I didn't see the word "print" in your question at first. Scratch my answer: it was for "virgin" canvases.
