Tumblr vs. Blogspot, Which do you recommend?

I want to start blogging. So heres the big question.... Tumblr or Blogspot? I get the feeling tumblr is a lot simpler and easier to follow and explore but blogspot seems more professional and not as public i guess? Idk Im leaning towards tumblr. And second question...I am going to have to decide whether I really want to major in photojournalism or if I want to attempt fashion photography and my whole reason for blogging is so I can post my work as the year goes on and get some feedback. This will help me with my decision. What would be some good ideas of comparing my work... photojournalism vs. fashion?

If you want simple, go for tumblr.

if you want depth, go for blgspot.



Tumblr is for short sentences, lots of pictures, and much fun.

Blogspot is for complete stories, complemented by pictures, and sometimes fun.



So it totally depends on what is it that you are looking for.



I personally prefer tumblr cause .. if you try it you'll know.

Tried both,but only blogger isn't that complicated. Blogger was popular til Tumblr.com was later, introduced. I do have a Tumblr but then I found it very complicated,so just let it be. To get involve in blogging world, Blogger is highly recommended. Actually,I think Tumblr at the first place is main for short post. Something like Twitter but wayy better. So,go for blogger/blogspot then!

Tumblr is more fun and vibrant.



I just find blogspot boring and dull.
