I have a minolta camera and haven't used it in years. I'd love to get back into film, can I still buy it anywhere? Can I buy it at Wal Mart?

Walmart still sells a limited selection of film.
You will have a much larger selection if you go to an online site like bhphoto.com. Most of the popular pro films are still available.

Almost every store I go into carries at least Kodak ISO 400 24 exposure film. If you want more choices, then visit your local camera shops or places like B&H Photo... http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/search?Ns=p_OVER_ALL_RATE|1&ci=2545&N=4294548524+4289268858

Of course it is.
Depends on what type, though. I got my 35mm film from target, but for my TLR, it takes 620 film, which I would either need to buy online or respool it to a 120 spool, which can be found at a camera shop.

You can still get a big range of Black and White Ilford films and Kodak color films. Your best bet is ebay.

yes, it is still possible to buy it... as there are many film users...
you might need to go online to order it though...

According to their website wal mart still sells film: http://www.walmart.com/search/search-ng.do?search_query=35mm+film&ic=7_0&_refineresult=true&search_constraint=0&ref=4293889719
Now, as to processing, not sure if walmart still does it, they do have a reputation for being very annoying when it comes to digital print. These guys do some decent work for printing:
