So my memory card got trashed but I have all of my pictures on the computer. So I want to get some of them developed so can I put them onto a CD-R then go to Walmart and have them develope them?

yeah you could do that. Or if you have a costco membership, you can upload your pictures online and they will print them for you. You just have to go pick them up. I'm pretty sure Walmart has the same system. Go on their website and see if you can upload them there and have them printed.

Yes this can definitely be done. A lot of stores do it the other way round. Once you have had the photos developed they then put it on CD for you too (as your picture negatives). So it won't be difficult for them to know how to read the CD in order to develop it for you.
If you have them on your computer then it's a lot easier to upload them to the official Walmart Photo developing website and they deliver it by post to your house. You can browse what type of photo size/style that you wish to buy e.g. Magazine Cover Print, Wallet Prints, Prints with Borders, photos with written texts, Calender prints etc. But you have to make an account and login. You don't develop digital pictures (only film pictures are developed). It sounds as if you want to PRINT your pictures. If so, then I'm sure you can put them on a CD (or flash drive), take them to Malwart, and have them print. You can probably also print them yourself if they have kiosks.
