A lot of people use Kenrockwell.com as a source of equipment review. Its not bad.

I have come to like fredmiranda.com more. Ken Rockwell doesn't do a lot with 3rd party lenses and such, which are a lot of the questions I have. Fred Miranda has a pretty wide scope of equipment covered and reviews from a ton of people. Just like any review site, you have to really read the amount of reviews, the experience of the reviewer and the length of time said reviewer's been in possession of what is being reviewed. I know I go there often to see what people think of various lenses. I haven't poked around to any of the other stuff, lighting and whatnot as I'm pretty set in that area. From what I've used it, I've been pretty pleased with Fred Miranda's site. I bid a lot on Ebay and the purchase price of the items is asked when doing the review, so I can see if something is a good deal or not. Steve's digicams has reviews as well as dpreview.com and those are okay. I just don't feel they're really really reviewing as much as they're previewing things. Amazon.com has reviews on stuff they sell, which seems like damn near everything. Good Luck!

The biggest site with the most traffic is http://www.dpreview.com/. They usually review the latest cameras before they come out. If you are looking for user generated reviews, http://www.fredmiranda.com/ is pretty good.

i admire the equipment comments in magazines like Shutterbug, outdoor photographs, common photographs and Imaging, etc. i think of it is likewise a good concept to locate a photographer whose artwork you savor and notice what they're utilising, and why.
