Where are some great places on the web to get free or inexpensive clip art?

Hi. I'm building my first website from scratch and I would like to incorporate a little bit of clip art into it.
My graphic design knowledge is not much at this current point in time to create the images myself. Therefor are there any good free or inexpensive clip art sites out there on the web that provides various clip art for including in one's website or business cards or brochures and stuff like that? Thanks for your help.

Do you have Microsoft Office? I often use their clip art in Publisher.

I believe you don't even need an office product, its just wonderfully simply to find, keep and organize them that way.

I don't know much for NYC, but why NYC, you might travel out to long island there are a lot of parks there and it's now not that far, normally public parks cost for parking. Some require a little more depending on where you wish to have ... And there are some beautiful spots to take images. The Bayard slicing Arboretum in Oakdale is one situation.
