I have heard they do not treat there people very well and if you get pregnant forget about your Job. Apply at Sears, cpi to start the pay is not so High but you get more beifits and treated better and you do make more in management within just a little time you can work up to the same pay rate. Just rember a PCA manager is the equivalent to a Sears associate and a District Manager is the equivalent to a studio manager.

I use to...for about a month and then realized exactly what they think of their employee's and how they get treated. I wouldn't recommend working there to ANYONE.
