I love looking at photos that have the quotes on them. I want to start making them, but I don't know how. I really do not want to download anything on my computer, but I might have to end up doing just that. Would there be any photo editors on the internet that don't involve downloading, and or apps on the google play market. I just want to do professional looking quotes on images. But I would want it too look somewhat interesting not just boring text. Thank you. ! ( The photo is something what i'm thinking of )

There's a free photo editing program called "GIMP" that comes with a tutorial. You can add all kinds of interesting and distorted forms of text to images. See http://www.gimp.org/

Citrify, iPiccy, PicMonkey, Ribbet, Picadilo, Fotor, FotoFlexer or Lunapic are great all round web based and FREE editing tools.

Fotor is the best if you use multiple systems as has companion apps for the iPhone/iPad, the Android, Macintosh, Windows and Windows 8. Fotor allows you to edit your photos with a wide range of looks, to add fancy borders, to create a collage or simply fix some imperfections. Unlike Citrify, iPiccy, PicMonkey, Ribbet, Picadilo it is a small download - but well worth it.

Adobe, makers of the expensive Photoshop, has a free website version in Photoshop Express. If you need/want more features downloading GIMP is a great options. Still free, but you have to download the software.

If you have a Windows computer, then you already have Microsoft Paint - you can certainly use that to add text to a photo.

You could also try online image editing sites such as pixlr http://www.pixlr.com - however the cons of using such a service is that you need to upload your image before you can edit it.

It's much better to download an application that resides on your computer, then you can use it any time, even when you are offline. The following are all free:

GIMP is the best, but complex http://www.gimp.org

Paint.NET is simpler, http://www.getpaint.net

Photoscape is very easy to use http://www.photoscape.org

picnik and pixlr are not advanced at all. They are amongst the simplest online image editors available.
