You have to create those oppurtunites for yourself. So start building a portfolio and start travelling. It may cost you at first or you may try getting a job somewhere and working on your photography on the side.

Retail Photography is a good place to start. Sears will train in photography all you need is a love for it, be good with children, and some sales experance

Many people who ask this question are part of a scam. The reason you can't find anything is that many out-of-work adults are desperate for even that kind of job. There just simply aren't any lying around loose. You will have to use your imagination and create your own small business.
