In a photo editing programe, select the lips, then flood fill that area with your chosen colour, playing around with the settings so that they don't look to 'harsh'.

Photoshop. Zoom onto your lips, use the polygon lasso tool to trace around your lips, Select >modify > feather (7 pixels), create a new layer, choose a red of your choice and use the fill bucket to fill in the selected part of your lips on your new layer, change the new layer state to "overlay", change the opacity so its more realistic, go to select click deselect and you're done! It's the most natural and realistic looks way to make your lips look red :) This software is used by proffesional photo editors so you know it's worth buying/downloading and learning how to use it (youtube) the possibilities are endless on this software! I hope this helped, feel free to email me if you have any more questions, good luck x

you can either use a virtual makeover site like www.dailymakeover.com or you could use photoshop, where you create a new layer ,fill in the colour you want and then change the settings of the layer from normal to overlap and blur it a bit if it stands out !!

there's a website that gives you a virtual Makeover, just download a picture of yourself and you can change your lip color, if you wanna be quick about it put lipstick on -_-
