I Have a photo and there are alot of objects in the background and it would look odd if i cut bits out here and there. So are there any free software programmes that would make the background all 1 colour?

It'll probably have to be more involved than that. You'll probably need to cut out the foreground image by hand using an eraser tool with a semi-soft edge, or a selection tool that is feathered, then create a background of your own with a gradient tool or a paint bucket tool behind it.

Why don't you post the file and I'll see if it's a good enough image for me to easily do that for you. Note me if you decide to do that.

you need microsoft picture manager. That lets you do just about anything with pictures. It can crop change color, etc.

Microsoft Office Picture Manager is a software program included with Microsoft Office suite starting with version 2003. It is a basic image-editing and image-management program, designed to be similar to iPhoto and other such applications. It replaced Microsoft Photo Editor, which had been included since Office 97.

The program went through several name revisions while in beta, notably starting out as Microsoft Office Picture Library 2003, then losing the 2003 designation (more reserved for the actual Office applications) in beta 2, and finally settling on the current name. In Office 2007, the Help → About screen image has been changed to a generic Office application image.

just some general info.

hope this helps... if it doesn't sorry. maybe someone else can..

buy a background, instead of relying on the digital ones... get a reversible one or where you can easily change the background... that helps your photography develop...
