Most important features to me:
1. Large, high quality sensor.
2. Wide range of high quality lenses.
3. Durable, rugged body and intuative controls.
4. Everything else.

Wi-fi might be useful in some circumstances, but it is limited in that it's powered by the camera's battery. If you're taking a snapshot, it's good to get it quickly to all your friends. For me, the best use would be to take pictures of people finishing a race so they could be printed on the spot. With hundreds of racers, I wouldn't have enough batteries to get the job done. A touchscreen? Not at all. A swivel screen would be useful for macro work where the camera is low to the ground, or if you're holding the camera high at an event, but not for much else. These are simply not "must-have" features for most experienced photographers. They're designed to impress the inexperienced.

The only thing I can see being of any use would be the swivel screen. Only because occasionally, I'm not behind the camera, but next to my subject, holding a reflector or doing something and releasing the shutter with a remote. Being able to see the histogram on the swivel screen would be nice but for the matter of seconds it takes to go behind the camera and take a look, it's not worth going looking for a body with one. And at the end of the day, I take so many different exposures and lighting conditions on any single shoot, it wouldn't really matter any way. I'd just go with what the best one after the fact anyway.
As for Wi-Fi and touch screen, little to no interest.

I've got wifi on my 6D but it's not anything I envisage using.
Given how my touchscreen phone became twitchy after a while I wonder about the durability of the touchscreen on anything. Also a small screen and big fingers isn't always helpful.
A swivel screen can be useful if you've got the camera in a position where you can't easily see a non-swivel screen, e.g. low to the ground when you can't lie down, for example.

Until you've actually used a DSLR with a touchscreen, you have no clue how much it helps. If you're in an environment where you need to quickly and often change your settings, it will change your life.
I will never go back to a button-phone again and I'm never going back to a button camera again. (Well if someone drops a 5d Mark 3 or a 1DX in my lap, I'll reconsider!)
Is a touchscreen important to most pro photographers? No, not yet. And no pro bodies have a touchscreen at this point.
In a very few years every new DSLR will have a touchscreen.
I like the wifi and swivel screen as well, but they don't have the functional usefulness that the touchscreen has.

The only one there which I would be the slightest bit interested in would be the swivel screen but it is not of major importance and probably would get used 2 or 3 times a year if that.
So basically they are just useless additions.

To me, no.
Wi-Fi isn't much use when I'm out in the middle of nowhere taking landscape shots. And I very rarely use the LCD screen. I'm too busy looking through the viewfinder.

I hate touch screen cameras. Some cameras now have swivel screens. Wi-Fi would be nice.

None of my cameras has any of those facilities.
Do feel I should "upgrade" to get them? No
Will my next camera have them? Probably yes - they will be standard features before very long.
Will I use them when I have them? - probably

Those three are not at all important to me. The WiFi is marginally of interest but the other two are just useless gimmicks which will appeal to inexperienced users.
