Do you think this shot has too much contrast ?

I usally have contrast problems with my shots, and i would like to know if this one has too much :

I think the contrast is fine, but the picture is unappealing.

I'd bring up the white balance just a touch and try to accentuate the bugs. The colors on the two I could see would make the whole photo just jump at the eye.

I don't know contrast , but I do know a good photo, and that was.

Very nice Annafur. I think the contrast is appropriate for the image and if the bug bugs you, eliminate it. For a shot like this, you will natually get high contrast globally, but the contast isn't that extreme within the blossom.

Holy ****! This is by far the best photograph of a flower I've ever seen! Not like that high school crap you see in the halls. They put no effort into taking pictures. But this...if you are in high school, you give a whole different meaning to photography!

The contrast is strong but that is not a problem, it's very appropriate for this image.

I don't like the picture. It's 2 dark. Try to edit it on the computer and make it colorful. That will make u happy. It looks like a emo flower.

No, not at all, in fact I might pump it up a bit. Is it a yellow or pink rose. Hope you don't mind but I took the liberty of tweaking it a bit to look at it.

I was just "channel surfing " on here and saw your picture. I think it's EXTREMELY "symbolic"...and sad.

I don't know anything about photography...just thought I'd comment on it. I like it..but would never put it in my house. It's too sad. But, I think it would do great in an exhibit.!

the contrast is fine on the flower. there is a fair range of black and white.

I think it's a great shot. I like the contrast in it. It's really neat and different. The bugs are really unexpected and refreshing. I dunno, it's just cool!
