Where can I get my 110 films developed?

Question

I live in New York City,I have about 25 110 films wich are 15 to 20 years oldI really need to get them developed. I've tried all major pharmacy stores like riteaid,walgreens.ect . They said the machines they have do not handle the type 110 film.Can any one tell me were can I get these films devloped so that I can preserve some childhood memories.Thanks to all with any helpfull information...

!st try Walmart. If that doesn't work then I would contact a professional photographer who does his own developing, but they are getting to be fewer, & fewer as well.



There is a strong chance that those undeveloped films have deteriorated anyway, depending on how they were stored all of these years. Undeveloped film doesn't last forever, but I have heard of people taking in old undeveloped film & getting good results.

I don't know New York, but where I live I take my mother's 110 film (yes, she still uses a 110 pocket camera) to my local Wal-Mart. They are unable to develop in the store, but they can send it out...which usually takes about 2 weeks.



By the way...DO NOT try to scan the film on a scanner...the film MUST go through the developing process before you can do that. If you try to scan without developing you will expose undeveloped film to light and it will definately be lost forever.

we used to make prints of 110 negatives in Qualex inc for all drug stores and supermarkets nationwide(exept sam's club and walmart) but right now there is only 7 Qualex left in USA , i suggest u to find a flatbed scanner with the negative scanning capability and scan your negatives with 3200 ppi resolution, when u have digital file of your images , u can get them developed anywhere.

Find a custom photo lab. If its black and white I cant see why there is a problem. Its the easiest to develop. color is another matter. Keep on looking I am sure some one can do it..

i used to get mine developed at cvs about 5 years ago on long island. maybe try searching for a camera specialty store.

well i wouldn't go to major companies like cvs, walgreens, or rite aid. im sure privately owned specialty stores have them.
