The other day I took pictures but unfortunately my eye was a little swollen and now the pictures look bad. I just downloaded photoshop to open my eyes more in a few pictures but I don't actually know how to do it. Can anyone help me or actually just open them for me? How can you imagine that Photoshop can make a person's eyes open in a photograph!

Sorry, but there is no software which can open eyes. The only way to do it in Photoshop would be to replace the eyes with those from another photo. Certainly not something you could do easily as a beginner. Photoshop is complex, it takes time to learn.
Just take a new picture - it'll be much much quicker.
Your link doesn't work, I can't see anything.

Cannot see your photo without signing in to Google, which I am not going to do.
Simply having Photoshop is not going to help you if you have no skill or ability to use it. There is no magic "open eyes" tool. You have to either replace the closed eye with your other eye, or place in eyes from another photo. To do that, and have it look natural and correct, is not something you do with a couple of mouse clicks. Start searching for retouch services online, and expect that no one who is competent to do it is going to do it for free.
Or... can't you just retake the photos?
