First thing your have to keep in mind that old family photo-restoration is a sensetive issue to anyone in the family. You might be wanting damaged photos would be restored as much close to the original photo. Surely, You wouldn't like it if a slight difference happned in the appreance of the person or people in the photo after restoring.
So, if you want best return of your money choosing the best photo restoration website is your main task. You'd better understand that photo restoration and photo retouching is not the same thing at all. You should't go for restoraing your damaged photos to whom are expart only in photo retouching.Go to them who are reputed and expart only in photo-restoration.For my family collection I studied many photo-restoration companies and worked with some of them.
From my personal experience three companies or websites I'd like to recommend.Their work and services are great and pricing is resonable to me.The sites are:
www.fmnphotorestoration.com
www.ad-studio.com
www.amerphotorestoration.com.
Thank you. Best of luck.

It all depends on mainly how much of people faces are missing. I need at least half of their face to make it believable.
you can contact me via my email contact on my site if your interested.
